Capabilities

CNC milling
Four vertical machining centers with 4th-axis rotary, high-speed spindles and on-machine probing, from small precision components to large, heavy workpieces.
CNC turning
Six turning centers, live tooling and C-axis on three. Bar-fed production through large-diameter chucked and between-centers parts.
Fabrication
CNC sawing and plasma cutting, press brake, shear, welding, grinding and finishing. Industrial FFF printing for fixtures and prototypes.
Assembly
Mechanical and electromechanical assembly, from sub-assemblies through finished instruments, with final testing, packaging and worldwide shipment.
Inspection
Zeiss O-Inspect CMM and on-machine probing. First article and in-process inspection with full part traceability.
Build-to-print and legacy parts
Low-volume, high-mix runs of 25 to 5,000 pieces. We own our designs and can start from a concept, a sample part or an old print.
