Parts and accessories
Eligible U.S. parcel orders are rated at checkout using destination, contents, packed weight, package dimensions and service. Multiple boxes may be needed. Packaging and shipment-protection charges are disclosed before payment.
If we cannot determine a reliable shipping charge or safe packing arrangement, the affected items require a shipping quote before payment. A displayed product price does not include freight or crating unless expressly stated.
Equipment and required wooden packaging
The in-stock No.60 Rice Miller Tester can be purchased online for U.S. delivery when checkout provides a reliable shipping rate. Equipment, required packaging, shipping and handling, and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Other oversized, heavy or unverified shipments, or orders without reliable rates, require individual shipping quotes. Tell us about special delivery requirements.
Each No.60 Rice Miller Tester requires a wooden box for domestic and export shipments, part number 60DT BOX-W, at $250 in addition to the machine price. Checkout automatically adds one required box per machine; it cannot be removed while its machine remains. Two machines require two boxes for $500. The packed machine including its box and protection weighs 74 lb; outside dimensions are 20 x 12 x 21 inches. Carrier shipping is charged separately. A quotation that expressly includes the box will not be charged for it twice.
Availability and dispatch
Processing/production lead time is separate from transit time. The product page or quote states estimated dispatch and prerequisites such as payment or drawing/configuration approval. Contact us before ordering if timing is critical.
If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you and provide any revised timing, consent or cancellation options required by applicable law. A carrier transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the selected service expressly provides a guarantee.
Addresses and delivery requirements
Verify the ship-to address and receiving arrangements. Documented additional carrier charges caused by incorrect customer information, failed receiving arrangements or customer-requested services are the customer’s responsibility when permitted by the accepted order and law. Grainman bears charges caused by its own error. Changes that increase an unshipped order total require your approval.
Damage or missing shipments
Inspect at delivery when practical. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt. Photograph the goods and packaging and retain all packing materials. Contact Grainman as soon as discovered, preferably within 2 business days, to support carrier claims; this is a reporting request, not an automatic forfeiture deadline. Do not discard or return damaged goods until instructed. A signature or concealed-damage discovery does not automatically eliminate legal rights.
Coverage and shipping terms
Grainman will arrange shipment protection for the full merchandise invoice value, subject to carrier or insurer terms, and disclose the charge before payment. Declared value is not insurance and may have limits or exclusions. If suitable protection is unavailable, the shipment requires a reviewed quotation before payment. Each package is rated and valued for its own contents, without duplicating full order value across boxes. Recovery depends on applicable terms. Grainman coordinates claims on its account and is not the insurer. Risk of loss follows the accepted sale terms and applicable law.
International orders
Customers outside the United States may submit a No.60 order online pending a freight quote. The machine and required $250 box prices exclude freight. Grainman provides the shipping quote, delivery terms and responsibility for customs, duties and taxes. Payment is collected after approval of the complete total; shipment follows confirmed payment and shipping arrangements. U.S. checkout rates do not apply. Contact [email protected] or 305-620-2525.
